Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes between 4-8  additional business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or severe weather shipments may be delayed by a few days. Orders are shipping out of North Dakota so weather delays are possible.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Badlands Soap & Company LLC is not responsible for packages once they are shipped.  All packages are packaged to the best of our ability to withstand the shipping process.
